What are the conditions of exchange and return?

The customer can return purchases within only 7 days from the date of purchase, or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the returned or replaced goods are in their original condition when purchased, unused, and their outer packaging is in their original condition and with the original invoice, taking into account some exceptions to some products. What if I want to return a product to the branch after I purchased it through the website?
